Quality And Compliance

1. Ratw Materials & Packaging Materials


All raw materials and packaging materials are sourced from approved qualifed suppliers. They are stored and managed strictly in accordance with the reguirements specifed on the materia labels. Only after being accepted and approved by the quality department can they be released for use.

2. In-process Checks


All production and processing steps are carried out in accordance with the standard operating procedures (SOPs). Key control points require double verifcation and confrmation by the quality assurance (QA) department. All intermediate and semi-fnished products during the production process must undergo inspection and be deemed acceptable before they can be released.

3. Packaging Checks


After packaging is completed, the product must undergo multiple processes including weight measurement, inkjet code visual inspection, X-ray foreign object detection, and visual inspection to ensure product quality. Only after passing these inspections and confrming the appearance, can the product proceed to the next step in the process.

4. Finished Products


All batches of fnished products must undergo factory testing according to national or company standards. They can only be released after passing the testing to ensure product quality and food safety.

5. Environment Monitoring


Regular monitoring of the production environment is conducted, including temperature, humidity, airborne bacteria, settled bacteria, and other indicators, to ensure that the onsite environment meets the requirements for product manufacturing.
